Record search for the command palette. Any signed-in operator may call it; each result group is governed by the read permission of the screen it links to (customers → customers.read, orders → finance.read, tickets → support.read, gifts → gifts.read, accessCodes → catalog.read), and a group the caller cannot read is neither queried nor present in the response. Matches customers by Omniflow ID or a prefix of at least six hex characters, Telegram numeric ID, exact email (by keyed fingerprint), and exact Remnawave username; orders by ID prefix and exact provider payment reference; tickets by ID prefix and subject fragment (three characters or more); gifts and access codes by their full code. At most five results per group. Telegram @handles are not stored, so a handle query returns the hint telegram_handle_not_stored. Rate limited to 60 requests a minute per operator. Not audited, like every other read.
