# Get v1panelcustomers notifications

> Requires customers.read. What this customer was actually sent.
There is no message body here. The record says that a notice of a kind happened, not what it said, and reconstructing text from a template and today's data would show an operator something that was never sent.
`reason` is the useful column. It carries a transport failure such as `bot_blocked` when one happened, and a policy outcome otherwise: `quiet_hours`, `frequency_cap`, `no_consent`. Those are deliveries the installation declined to make on purpose, and they turn "nothing arrived" into an answer.
